Red Lasts
Once, in this Valley, everyone had a small piece of land cultivated with vines, and everyone drank the “Gropel”. For a few years now, some farmers have decided to replant those vines and put that wine back on our tables.
We rape the vine in beautiful places and great views, but also steep and rocky. We are in the mountains, all operations are done by hand and it is not easy to cultivate a vine here.

Butcher Brothers Corrà
The slaughterhouse of the Corrà Brothers is one of the very few left in Trentino to slaughter meat on its own.
The charcuterie produces typical products according to the ancient recipesthe family: speck, salami, luganega thirty, mortandela of the valley of non, salami of deer, roe deer and wild boar: these are just some of the more than 40 cured meats of its own production.
The dishes of gastronomy are handmade, following the traditional recipes of Trentino and nonese: every day the canederli, the strangled, the polenta, the sauerkraut and many other ready-to-cook specialties are prepared.

Essence in the Woods
A few years ago our adventure began, when we decided to create our little corner of paradise in a meadow in the middle of the woods, at the altitude of 1350 meters.
The idea for our family-run company was to enhance this land, creating a cultivation of medicinal plants where they could grow untouched, according to natural rhythms.
Over time, our “high-altitude” business intrigued many people about how and what we did. This has led us to expand our project, starting to organize visits and educational paths for anyone who wants to know this world and to offer our products also to those who appreciate the “natural”, as well as nature.
